Refunds & Cancellation

At Durole Official, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality products with a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting us directly.

  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


2. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference.

  • Refunds are only provided in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • To request a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photo or video proof.


3. Exchange Policy

  • If you receive the wrong size, color, or a defective product, we will offer an exchange of the same product (subject to availability).

  • Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, lingerie, nightwear, and intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect.


5. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return or exchange is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (such as wrong size ordered), the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
