Return Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, body stockings, nighties, lingerie, and other intimate wear cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery if the product has been opened, tried on, or used.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please send:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product

• A short video while opening the parcel (if possible)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide a refund if your claim is approved.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if:

• You receive the wrong product.

• You receive a damaged or defective product.

• The ordered item is out of stock after payment.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

We do not offer exchanges because of:

• Change of mind

• Size preference

• Colour preference

• Personal choice after delivery

Once your parcel has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
